Set up custom message when disabling FNOL in the Agent portal

If you have restricted the FNOL in the Agent portal, you can create a custom message that will display and alert agents that the FNOL is unavailable. The ability to set up a custom message is controlled by the advanced setting disabled_claims_html.

To set up a custom message:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced.
  2. Search for disabled_claims_html.
  3. Select Edit HTML.
  4. Type the custom message you want to display.
  5. Select Save Changes.
