Set up custom templates and forms in BriteDocs

For a document to generate, you must publish it and render the status as Live in BriteDocs. 

Refer to the BriteDocs documentation to learn to:

  • Preview data.
  • Create/edit templates.
  • Upload images.
  • Create components.
  • Upload a static PDF.
  • Create folders.

Note: The naming of the folders is determined by the report type a document is mapped to.

Clients will need to set up policy-related documents if the business is being written in BriteLines. Documents include: 

  • Declaration, Policy Application, Quote Summary, and ID Cards (for Auto).
  • Invoice and notification-related deliverables in classic BriteCore, which are integrated in BriteLines as well.
