Set up policy statuses that redirect policies to the wizard

The redirect-to-wizard-policy-status setting allows clients to identify policy statuses that should open in the policy wizard by default. This setting only affects the Agent portal. Policies in the Provider Administrator portal will open in the policy builder. To enable this setting:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced.
  2. Search: redirect-to-wizard-policy-status.
  3. Add the policy statuses that should redirect to the wizard, separated by commas. See Figure 1.
