Setting up agency touchpoint tracking

In BriteCore, touchpoints are points and methods of contact. You can track touchpoints by pulling entered touchpoints into BriteData Reports. To enter touchpoints, you need to first set up touchpoints in BriteCore.

Set up agency touchpoint tracking

To set up agency touchpoint tracking, navigate to Settings > Modules > Contacts, then:

  1. Navigate to the Dates to Remember section.
  2. In the Touchpoints box, type the list of touchpoints separated by commas (examples include Phone Call, Email, Office Visit, etc.).
  3. Select Save. A Save Completed pop-up window will appear.

Usage considerations

To use Touchpoints, see Add Dates to Remember for organizations. Information entered into the Dates to Remember section, including touchpoints, can be pulled into BriteData Reports.
