Set up E-Delivery overview

With E-Delivery, you can save on printing and mailing costs by offering your Policyholder the option to go paperless.

Setting up E-Delivery includes three broad steps:

  1. Set up E-Delivery in BriteCore
  2. Configure E-Delivery settings in the Provider Administrator portal
  3. Process E-Delivery documents

For documents to be processed via E-Delivery, the policyholder must:

  1. Enroll in BriteApps.
  2. Select the Go Paperless option.
  3. Confirm their email on file.
