Claim submitted

Daycron report
With the daycronreport advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, administrators can have BriteCore email the daycron report to designated administrators. The daycron report email provides a list of renewals, cancellations, recommits, auto payments, nonpays, and cancel pending/nonrenewal printed in daycron.
Declined payment mail
With the declined_payment_mail advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, agents can receive an email when an automatic payment on a policy they’re managing is declined during batch processing. Agents can then notify the policyholder of the declined payment.
Default tester email
With the default_tester_email advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, an administrator can set the default email address to which BriteCore will send emails and alerts. This setting affects test site behavior only; test sites don’t typically send emails or alerts.
Effective date active
With the effectivedateactive advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, administrators can choose who receives an email alert when a lines effective date becomes active. These dates may be in the future at the time of creation, so identifying recipients for this setting will alert the proper staff when a new line of business or a change to an existing line of business goes into effect.
Email on create
With the emailOnCreate advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, administrators can set up BriteCore to send an email to a designated contact with the login credentials created for or assigned to a contact by the client user.
Failed check exports
With the failedcheckexports advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, administrators can choose who receives an email alert when return premium or claim payment checks are ready to be issued but haven’t been exported to a general ledger like QuickBooks.
Failed email transmission
With the failedemailtransmission advanced setting in the admin-alerts section, administrators can choose who receives an email alert when a BriteCore-generated email fails to reach its intended recipient.
If duplicate payment

Enabling the age-categories-allow-next-year advanced setting allows the age categories on policies to rate with the next effective year, reflecting manufacturers’ next-year models.

Agent payment amount zeroed
With the agent-payment-amount-zeroed advanced setting, you can choose to zero the Amount field when an agent is entering a sweep payment on the Schedule Sweep screen. Changing the Amount field to zero forces the agent to enter the payment amount of the sweep payment.
Allow agents to make agency payments
With the advanced setting allow-agents-to-make-agency-payments, clients can enable all agents associated with an agency to make payments using the agency’s sweep account, whether or not an agency is listed as an agent’s primary agency.
Allow pay submitted policies
When a mortgagee or title company issues payment based on a submitted application before the application becomes a committed and active policy, the payment needs to be accepted. With the allow-pay-submitted-policies advanced setting, you can allow payments to be applied to submitted policies.
Allow sweep payments in billing setup
With the allow-sweep-payments-in-billing-setup advanced setting, you can enable the Agency Sweep account to display as a Payment Method option in the Billing Setup tab of the Accounts Receivable screen.
Auto submit sweep queue
By default, when an agent adds a sweep payment to the Sweep Queue, the agent must select Submit Sweep to submit the sweep payment for processing. With the auto-submit-sweep-queue advanced setting, sweep payments added to the Sweep Queue will be processed automatically in overnight processing, without requiring agents to select the Submit Sweep button. With this advanced setting, you can also choose to set a grace period, which means a certain number of days, indicated by the grace period, must pass before the sweep payment will process in overnight processing.
Bypass duplicate payments check
With the bypass-duplicate-payments-check advanced setting, you can allow the system to bypass the default behavior of checking for and declining duplicate electronic payments. In the event that you need to re-attempt an electronic payment due to a slow response time or system error, it can be helpful to bypass the duplicate payment check so you can accept a payment made on the same policy for the same amount within a 48-hour period.
Suppress billing suggestion
With the suppress-billing-suggestion advanced setting enabled, an agent can submit a full premium sweep payment on a policy that isn’t set up on an annual billing schedule, without receiving a message that suggests the agent change the billing schedule.

Show change of address all invoices
