With the show_previous_credits_and_debits advanced setting enabled, staff and agents can view a previous term’s credits and debits in the Account History table of a policy’s Accounts Receivable screen.
This setting requires True and False buttons.
By default, show_previous_credits_and_debits is set to True, so staff and agents can view the credits and debits from a previous term in the Account History table of a policy’s Accounts Receivable screen.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced. In the Search for a Setting box, type show_previous_credits_and_debits and then press Enter/Return on your keyboard or select Search. Change the setting value from True to False. When the setting is set to False, staff and agents can’t view a previous term’s credits and debits.
