With the submitted-claim-status advanced setting, you can set the status that will appear when a claim is submitted.
This setting requires you to type text in the Setting Value box.
By default, submitted-claim-status is set to Pending, Submitted, so when a claim is submitted, the status that appears is Pending, Submitted.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search for submitted-claim-status. Change the text in the Setting Value box, and the status that will appear when a claim is submitted will be the text you entered.
