Templates dashboard overview

The Templates dashboard allows you to edit the content and appearance of an email sent from the Policyholder portal.

Access Templates dashboard

  1. Log in to the Provider administrator portal.
  2. Select tile.
  3. Select Templates on the sidebar.

The Templates dashboard contains different types of email alerts.

Table 1 summarizes the templates available, their names, and descriptions.

Template Name Description

Autopayment Credit Card Expiration

Sends a message to an enrolled user when the credit card being used for autopay is about to expire.

Confirmation of Email Change

Sends a message to the enrolled user to confirm their email address when they replace or add it.

EDelivery BriteCore Note Content

Creates a note in BriteCore whenever documents/forms are eDelivered.

EDelivery Multiple Document Message

Sends a message to an enrolled user when they have multiple documents or forms available for viewing via eDelivery.

EDelivery Single Document Message

Sends  a message to an enrolled user when they have a single document available for viewing via E-Delivery.

Email confirmation template

Used  in the email confirmation process. This template  should not be edited.

Email Footer

The HTML used to  structure the footer of all generated emails. Only the  HTML part of this template is used.

Email Template

The HTML used to structure  all generated emails. Only the HTML part of this template is used.

Generic Message

A generic template that can be used for any message. Includes text only.

Insured Portal Recovery Code

Sends  a message to the enrolled user when they request a recovery code during a password reset.

Notification of Autopay Change

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured enables/disables autopay.

Notification of Email Change

Sends  a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured adds or changes their email address.

Notification of Email Change

Sends a message to the user when they replace or add an email address.

Notification of File Upload

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured uploads a file.

Notification of Mailing Address Change

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured changes their mailing address.

Notification of New Claim

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured turns submitted a new claim.

Notification of Payment Plan Change

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured changes a payment plan.

Notification of Phone Number Change

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured adds or changes a phone number.

Notification of Property Photo Upload

Sends a message to Agent/Agency/Carrier staff when an insured uploads a new property photo.

Send Portal Code

Sends a message to the enrolling user when they request a portal code.

Thanks for Enrollment

Sends  a message to a newly enrolled user to welcome them. The message might require them to confirm their email.
