Once you create a role in Access, you can test the role to ensure the access is set up properly.
To test a role:
- On the top-right of the screen, select your profile icon.
- In the profile dropdown, below your name and email address, select the role switcher.
- In the role list, select the role you want to test, and then attempt to access the policies associated with the role.
- Once you have finished testing the role, switch your role back to Administrator.
Note: If you need to make changes to a role’s access, you can edit the role.
You have successfully tested a role.
