Turn on the Agency Dashboard

Once you have enabled the BriteQuote Policy Wizard and configured the Agent portal, you need to turn on the Agency Dashboard.

Turning on the Agency Dashboard involves two steps:

  1. Enable the enable-agency-production-dashboard advanced setting.
  2. Contact BriteCore to set up the Agency Dashboard in the database.

To enable the enable-agency-production-dashboard advanced setting:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
  3. On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type enable-agency-production-dashboard, and then select Search.
  4. In the enable-agency-production-dashboard box, select True.

To contact BriteCore to set up the Agency Dashboard in the database, complete one of the following processes:

  • Contact your BriteCore customer service representative or support team.
  • Submit a support ticket by completing the following steps:
    1. In BriteCore, select Help, and then complete one of the following steps:
      1. (Classic BriteCore) In the BriteCore Support dialog box, under Still having problems, select Submit a Support Ticket.
      2. (BriteSuite) In the BriteCore Help dialog box, select Technical Support, and then select Submit a Support Ticket.
    2. Under Submit a Support Ticket, add the appropriate information, and then select Send Ticket.
