The User Messages dashboard lets you create, view, and manage individual users’ messages. You can also broadcast messages to all users (or groups of users) and confirm delivery details. You can also send an attachment to both broadcast and single messages when one of the delivery channels is Email. To access the User Messages dashboard:
- Log in to the Provider Administrator portal.
- Select <your company> tile.
- Select User Messages on the sidebar.
In the User Messages dashboard, you can:
- View all user messages sent to enrolled users in the Policyholder portal.
- Consolidate broadcast messages.
- Create and send messages to selected individual users.
- Create and send a broadcast message to all enrolled users.
- Send a message to all users with an unconfirmed email.
- Create and send a message to all users not enrolled in E-Delivery.
- View user message details.
- Filter user messages by date range.
- Sort dashboard by selected columns.
