To enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) using text messages or email, a user must have a verified phone number or email address.
While a user can verify their own phone number or email address, as an administrator, you also can verify the phone number or email address of any user.
To verify a user’s email address or phone number:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Users.
- In the Search box, type the user’s name.
- Select the name of the user to open the Edit User screen.
- Under Personal Information, next to Email and/or Phone Number, select verify now.
- Select Save changes.
