BriteAuth requires you to have a verified phone number and/or email address on file. A verified email/phone number provides greater security when resetting your password.
To verify your email address:
- On the top-right of the screen, select your profile icon.
- Select My Account.
- Next to Email, hover over the (verify now) link.
- Select Request Confirmation Code.
- Check your email for the verification code.
- Hover over the (verify now) link.
- In the Verification dialog box, type your verification code.
- Select Verify.
You have verified your email address.
