View and access claim information from Accounts Receivable screen

You can view the total number of claims filed against a policy, view an overview of claim information, and access a claim from the policy’s Accounts Receivable screen. The Claims field can be found in the Policy Details section of the Billing Overview tab.

To view claim information on a policy, navigate to the Accounts Receivable screen of a policy, and:

  1. Navigate to the Policy Details section of the Billing Overview tab.
  2. Select the <Number> Claim(s) link. The Claims History dialog box will open and will display the following information:
    • Claim Number
    • Loss Date
    • Losses Paid
    • Policy Number
    • Insured Claimant
    • Status
  3. To exit the Claims History dialog box, select Done or the X at the top-right corner.

To access a claim from the Accounts Receivable screen, navigate to the Accounts Receivable screen of a policy, and then:

  1. Navigate to the Policy Details section of the Billing Overview tab.
  2. Select the <Number> Claims(s) link. The Claims History dialog box will open.
  3. Select the Claim Number link. The claim’s Information screen will open in a new tab.
