View policy information from the Payment Log

In the Payment Log, you can view details about payments made within a specified date range. You can also view information about the policies that payments are issued on.

To view the policy information from the Payment Log:

  1. In the Payment Log, navigate to the payment that you want to view policy information for.
  2. Select the gray arrow next to the payment information, and an expanded view will open. In the expanded view you can locate the following information:
    • Policy Number
    • Effective Date
    • Billing Schedule
    • Primary Insured
    • Agent.

To close the expanded view, select the gray arrow again.
