Enabling Dashboard Visibility via Permission Levels

Steps to Configure Dashboards

1. Navigate to the permissions module. Settings > System Wide > Permissions
2. Choose the permission level you would like to add dashboard access to by clicking on the pencil to the left of the permissioned level.
3. Once selected, the rules will expand and will include a subsection for Dashboard permissioning.
4. Add a dashboard by clicking the green plus next to the text “Add Dashboard Access”. This will add an entry that includes a list of dashboards to choose from.
5. Select the arrow to drop down the list of dashboards.
6. Choose the dashboard you would like to make available for the permission level. Once selected it will automatically save.
   1. If additional dashboards are desired for one permission level, follow steps 4 through 6 to add another.
   2. If the dashboard has already been permissioned, it will not appear as an option in the next list when adding another dashboard to the permission level.
