Why use these integrations?
BriteCore clients can leverage the CoreLogic integration to streamline property valuation processes and enhance underwriting efficiency. With the CoreLogic integration, users gain access to two key capabilities within BriteCore:
- View property information/valuation via CoreLogic RCT Express: Allows underwriters to seamlessly access property information and valuation reports directly from BriteCore's admin view, facilitating informed decision-making during policy assessment.
- Prefill CoreLogic MSB valuation data for agent experience: Enables agents to prefill property valuation data within BriteCore's quoting wizard, providing accurate property replacement costs and depreciated values for commercial structures.
