Document generation using form input (BC-17017)

BriteCore supports building documents with form input that is collected as part of the Quote Wizard. The Quote Wizard now triggers a pop-up for users to complete form inputs similar to legacy quoting functionality and this is used for PDF generation. 

Billing schedule as a rating factor (BC-16974)

As part of the set up process, you can configure a setting that allows the billing schedule to be used as part of the rating process. Once a quote is submitted, users cannot change the billing schedule and any changes made to the billing schedule as part of the rating syncs back to the billing set up as well. 

Enable Mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in (BC-15185)

BriteCore can now support mandatory MFA on the BriteCore Platform and the Policyholder mobile app and web portal. Documentation is being provided at help.britecore.com.

Add Attorney, Contractor, and Public Adjuster to all Claims Manager dashboards (BC-17073)

Carriers requested that attorney, contractor, and public adjuster records be included in dashboards for claims managers. BriteCore has added these records to improve claims management effectiveness.

Defects

Inaccurate Policy Notes added without making a policy change (BC-16959)

BriteCore has resolved an issue where spurious and inaccurate notes were being added to the policy notes when a user tried to rate and save a policy.   These errant notes have been removed.

Dropdown Options Fully Displayed in Quote Wizard (BC-16887)

BriteCore has resolved an issue in Quote Wizard where dropdown menus containing more than 1,000 options failed to display all available selections. This issue has been corrected, and users will now see the complete list of options in large dropdowns.

Line Item incorrectly highlighted when calculating rate in Quote Wizard (BC-17020)

BriteCore has resolved an issue where, as part of the process to rate a quote, upon clicking "Calculate Rate," a message would indicate an issue but highlight the wrong line to call the user’s attention to it. 

Resolved False Report Failure Messages (BC-17089)

BriteCore has corrected an issue where some reports were successfully executed but incorrectly displayed as failed. This update ensures that completed reports are accurately reflected in the system.

Agent Production Dashboard link to policy not working (BC-16510)

The Agent Production Dashboard has a link to the policy in question which could not be viewed by agents depending on their permission setup. The link has been modified so it will work for all agents.
