External Payment Provider

The External Payments settings determine alternative payment functionality on the Policyholder portal. Some settings are read only.

To enable or disable External Payments settings:

1. Go to the Settings dashboard.
2. Select Payments under Settings in the sidebar.
3. Enable/disable the Use External Payment Site setting.
4. Set the URL to External Payment Site to the external payment provider site.
