The BriteCore Connector sends requests and results between your BriteCore tenant and the AI assistant you choose. This page explains what data may leave your tenant and which service providers may receive it.
Your carrier's privacy policy governs how it uses data about policyholders, insureds, claimants, and staff.
Service providers
- Anthropic - Anthropic receives data when you use the connector with Claude. See [Anthropic's privacy policy](https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).
- Other AI providers - If your carrier connects another compatible AI assistant, that provider receives the data sent through its product. Its own privacy policy applies.Data shared
The connector may send:
- The information needed to perform a request, such as a policy ID, claim number, or report filter.
- The BriteCore records returned by the request, such as policy details, claim information, report data, or a form download link.
