In the Administrators dashboard, you can view everyone who has administrator rights in the Provider Administrator portal.
To view all administrators:
- Go to the Administrators dashboard.
- Scroll to view details.
The Administrators dashboard contains several columns, summarized in Table 1.

| Column Name | Description |
| User Name/Email | Administrator username |
| Company | Provider company name |
| Date Joined | Date and time the administrator joined. Formatted MM/DD/YYYY and HH:MM. |
| Superuser Login | Indicates whether an administrator is a Superuser. Superuser rights allow you to obtain a one-time password to log in as the enrolled user in the Policyholder portal. It is read only access that can be useful in troubleshooting. |
| Actions | There are two Actions: • Reset Password • Remove [administrator] |
