There are two settings under Policies:
- Agency Contact Information
- Show Declaration Link
Agency Contact Information
- The setting determines whether agency contact information is visible on the Policyholder portal dashboard.
- If the setting is enabled, only agency contact information will display on the Your Agent card on the Dashboard screen and the Your Agent tab on the Contact Us page.
- If the setting is disabled, both Agency and Agent Contact Information will display on the Your Agent card on the Dashboard screen and the Your Agent tab on the Contact Us page.
- If agency information doesn't exist in BriteCore, then the Your Agent card on the dashboard and the Your Agent tab may not display even if the setting is enabled.
Enable or disable Agency Contact Information
To display the agent card on the Policyholder portal dashboard:- Go to the Settings dashboard.
- Under Settings in the sidebar, select Policies.

New content has been added that allows you to change the default text on the generated declaration. The content default Preview Declaration (not a legal copy) will appear at the top of the generated declaration but can be changed by adding new content to the setting Generated Declaration Legal Text under Content-Policies setting.Enable or disable Show Declaration Link
- Go to the Settings dashboard.
- Under Settings in the sidebar, select Policies.
- Under Show Declaration Link, select the slide to enable. Select the slide again to disable.
