View user messages

In the User Messages dashboard, you can view all messages sent to users.

To view user messages:

1. Go to the User Messages dashboard.
2. Scroll to view user messages sent and related details.

The User Messages dashboard contains several columns, including:

• Title: Message title.
• Broadcast Name: Descriptive name given to broadcast messages.
• User: Usernames of message recipients. When you check Consolidate Broadcast Messages, the column displays Multiple Users for broadcast (group) messages. When you uncheck Consolidate Broadcast Messages, the column lists all the individual users.
• Type: Message type. The messages are:
  • Broadcast: Group messages
  • User: Individual messages
• Channels: The channel(s) specified for the message:
  • E: Email
  • M: Message Center in the Policyholder portal
  • N: App  Notification
  • S: SMS Text
• Delivered Channels: The actual channel(s) message was delivered to:
  • E: Email
  • M: Message Center in the Policyholder portal
  • N: App Notification
  • S: SMS Text
• Select the arrow at the end of the column to reveal additional message details.
