Initial setup of the Carrier Administrator portal

The fourth step in getting started with BriteApps is setting up the Carrier Administrator portal.

To set up the Carrier Administrator portal:

1. Provide the BriteApps team with contacts in your team who will be the administrator(s).
2. The BriteApps team creates administrator users and logins for access to the Carrier Administrator portal.
3. An administrator can be given read-only access to the policyholder account as a Superuser. Provide the name/names of the administrator(s) for Superuser access.
4. The BriteApps team collaborates with you to review and configure settings appropriately for your company.
5. Review the content of the application and revise the wording if necessary.
