In Attachments, you can delete files and folders if you're in the Provider Administrator portal.
To delete files and folders, access Attachments and:
- Select the row of the file or folder you want to delete. The Move, Rename, More Info, Privacy, and Delete buttons will appear.
Note: To locate a file, you can open the corresponding folders or subfolders that contain the file. You can also search for a file; see Search for a file or folder.
- Select Delete. The Warning pop-up window will open asking, Are you sure you want to delete these file(s) and/or folder(s)? WARNING: This can't be undone no matter how horrible the results are.
- Select Delete Attachment to delete the file or folder. If you select Cancel or X, you will return to the Attachments screen without deleting the attachment.
