Check your report status

When you run a report, it may take up to a few hours to process and generate.

To check your report status:

1. Select Reports in the BriteCore menu. The Report List screen will display by default.
2. On the Report List screen, select Check Report Status under the Search bar.

The Report Status screen displays a table with the following report details:

• Number
• Report
• Requested Time
• Start Time
• End Time
• Run Retries
• Run Duration
• Status
