With the advanced setting show-change-of-address-all-invoices, you can choose to include the Change of Address form on installment, equity, amended, and cancellation statements (invoices) or you can include the Change of Address form on all statement types, including initial and renewal statements (invoices).
This setting requires True and False buttons.
By default, the show-change-of-address-all-invoices is set to False, so the Change of Address form only displays on the Installment Statement, Equity Statement, Amended Statement, and Cancellation Statement.
Change the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced. In the Search for a Setting box, type show-change-of-address-all-invoices. Press Enter/Return on your keyboard or select Search. Select True to change the default. When you select True, then the Change of Address form will display on all of the following: Initial Statement, Renewal Statement, Installment Statement, Equity Statement, Amended Statement, and Cancellation Statement.
