Once you have enabled the BriteQuote Policy Wizard and configured the Agent portal, you need to turn on the Agency Dashboard.
Turning on the Agency Dashboard involves two steps:
- Enable the enable-agency-production-dashboard advanced setting.
- Contact BriteCore to set up the Agency Dashboard in the database.
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
- On the Advanced Settings screen, in the Search for a Setting box, type enable-agency-production-dashboard, and then select Search.
- In the enable-agency-production-dashboard box, select True.
- Contact your BriteCore customer service representative or support team.
- Submit a support ticket by completing the following steps:
- In BriteCore, select Help, and then complete one of the following steps:
- (Classic BriteCore) In the BriteCore Support dialog box, under Still having problems, select Submit a Support Ticket.
- (BriteSuite) In the BriteCore Help dialog box, select Technical Support, and then select Submit a Support Ticket.
- Under Submit a Support Ticket, add the appropriate information, and then select Send Ticket.
