When setting up email notifications in BriteCore, you can direct emails to:
- A specific set of contacts.
- A specific contact on an agency-by-agency basis.
Email notifications for policy lifecycle events
BriteCore offers email notifications for policy lifecycle events. In Advanced Settings under admin-alerts, you can set most of the email notifications with the exception of Deliverables.
To view available admin-alerts:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
- In the Settings Sections list, select admin-alerts.
Note: BriteCore also offers Events, which allows you to create an event/trigger. For more information, refer to the Events documentation.
Email notification summaries
The tables and diagrams below provide summaries of the email notifications available in BriteCore.
