The Agency Experience Report can automatically email all or specific selected agencies their own personal Agency Experience Report in PDF or .zip format in Attachments.
Enable automatic emailing of the report
To enable automatic emailing of the Agency Experience PDF to eligible agencies, you must first enable a setting.
- Navigate to the Reports module.
- Navigate to and select Agency Experience in the Agency section.
- In the Agency Experience dialog box, select the option Select to automatically email all agencies their individual Agency Experience PDF. See Figure 1.
Note: A warning message will display "This will email all agencies" whenever the checkbox is selected that lets the user know that emails will be sent to all agencies if the report is ran using this option.

- Select Run Report. The system will automatically email agencies the Agency Experience Report PDF.
Configure specific agencies to receive the report
To configure specific agencies to receive the report, and the email used for each agency:

- Select Manage Recipients in the Agency Experience dialog box (see Figure 2 above).
- The Select agencies dialog box will display. See Figure 3. Select the agencies that should receive the report PDF and edit any email addresses in the Email column, if necessary. You can select all agencies or deselect all agencies using the Select All checkbox.
- Note: You can only edit the email information if the agency is selected.
- Note: Using the checkbox at the top-left of the dialog box, you can select all or deselect all agencies quickly.
- Note: Agency must have a pre-existing email address on the contact page to receive a customized email address email.
- Select Save Report to commit your selections and edits. See Figure 3.
- To email the configured agencies, select the Select to email chosen agents, (Manage Recipients) an Agency Experience PDF option in the Agency Experience dialog box (see Figure 2).
- Run the report. The selected agencies will be emailed their Agency Experience Report PDF automatically.

Set scheduled report runs for all or chosen agencies
To automatically email Agency Experience reports to agents on scheduled report runs (monthly, bimonthly, etc.):
- In the Agency Experience dialog box, select Edit Report.
- To email all agencies the Agency Experience report on a schedule, in the Edit Report dialog box, select Email all agencies their Agency Experience PDF on scheduled report runs.
- To email chosen agencies the Agency Experience report on a schedule, in the Edit Report dialog box, select Email Chosen Agencies their Agency Experience PDF on scheduled report runs.
- Select Save Report.
