If certain days aren’t selected for printing, when will documents that should have printed on those days print?
Scenario: If Saturday and Sunday aren’t selected as printing days and an invoice has a bill date of that Sunday, would the document print on the next selected day (Monday), or the previously selected day (Friday)?
Printing always occurs on the next business day.
Example: Deliverables that are scheduled to print on a Saturday or Sunday will print on Monday.
What do I do if my deliverables don’t automatically print?
If your deliverables don’t automatically print:
- Verify.
- Restart.
- Retrieve and send the log file.
If your deliverables don’t automatically print, verify:
- The computer is on and not in sleep mode.
- You’re logged in to your Windows user account.
- Titanium Blizzard is running.
Note: If the computer is shut down, restart it and if Titanium Blizzard is closed, reopen it.
- You can print any document from the computer.
Note: If you can’t print any document from the computer, then re-establish the connection between your computer and printer.
- The computer is connected to the internet.
- The auto print checkbox is selected in Titanium Blizzard.
- Your Titanium Blizzard tray configuration is enabled.
Note: To verify the tray configuration is up to date, in the Titanium Blizzard Menu, navigate to Configuration > Select printer and edit > Configure Sorting and Routing, ensure Select tray is enabled, and then select Save and Close.
If your deliverables don’t automatically print, restart:
- Titanium Blizzard.
- The computer.
If your deliverables don’t automatically print, retrieve and send the log file:
- In the Titanium Blizzard Menu, select About, and then select Send Log File.
- Attach the log file to a Support Ticket, and then submit it to BriteCore.
What do I do if a deliverable prints that I don’t want to be mailed?
If a deliverable prints that you don’t want to be mailed, recycle the deliverable and change the Print State.
To change the Print State:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Policies.
- On the Policy Search screen, navigate to and select the applicable policy.
- In the Policy menu, select Attachments.
- On the Attachments screen, navigate to the applicable deliverable, and then change the Print State to Not Mailed.
What do I do if an unwanted deliverable is scheduled to print?
To ensure an unwanted deliverable doesn’t print:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Policies.
- On the Policy Search screen, navigate to and select the applicable policy.
- In the Policy menu, select Attachments.
- On the Attachments screen, navigate to the applicable deliverable, and then change the Print State to Void. The deliverable is removed.
How do I turn auto-printing on or off?
To turn Auto-Print on or off:
- In the Titanium Blizzard Menu, select Configuration.
- On the Configuration screen, either select or clear Auto-Print.
What do I do if I can manually print deliverables but can’t automatically print deliverables?
Auto-Print works only if you have selected a printer tray.
To select a printer tray:
- In the Titanium Blizzard Menu, select Configuration.
- On the Configuration screen, navigate to Select printer and edit > Configure Sorting and Routing, and then select and enable the applicable tray.
- Select Save.
What do I do if the Titanium Blizzard application won’t open or if I receive the “Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance.” message?
This is a problem with the .NET Framework installed on the machine, which can occur after a Windows update or patch.
Note: Your configuration won’t be removed and all settings will be saved throughout the process.
To resolve the .NET framework issue:
- Uninstall Titanium Blizzard.
- Reinstall Titanium Blizzard.
Note: When you reinstall Titanium Blizzard, it will automatically install the correct .NET Framework version.
Does the DayCron Report impact Titanium Blizzard?
No, BriteCore sends the Daycron Report, which is a separate report that shows deliverables expected to print tomorrow.
To access the DayCron Report:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, in the System Wide dropdown list, select Administrative Alerts.
- On the Administrative Alerts screen, in the Processing section, navigate to DayCron Report.
