Print automatically with Titanium Blizzard

Titanium Blizzard will automatically print BriteCore deliverables, with the print occurring on the next business day. For example, a deliverable set to Print on Saturday will print on Monday.

Enable automatic printing

Titanium Blizzard has Auto-print enabled by default. To enable Auto-print:

1. Open Titanium Blizzard.
2. In the top-left, select Titanium Blizzard Menu.
3. Select Configuration.
4. In the Optional Configuration section, select the Auto-print checkbox to check it.
5. Configure document sorting and tray routing for printer.
6. Select Save and Close.

Disable automatic printing

To disable automatic printing:

1. Open Titanium Blizzard.
2. In the top-left, select Titanium Blizzard Menu.
3. Select Configuration.
4. In the Optional Configuration section, select the Auto-print checkbox to uncheck it.
5. Select Save and Close.

Update Days Back to Check For Auto-Print Documents field

The Days Back to Check For Auto-Print Documents field determines the BriteCore print date range that Titanium Blizzard checks to determine which documents need to be automatically printed. The default value is -3, so Titanium Blizzard will check BriteCore for documents that have been marked as needing to be printed within the last three days. To update days back to check for auto-print documents:

1. Open Titanium Blizzard.
2. In the top-left, select Titanium Blizzard Menu.
3. Select Configuration.
4. In the Days Back to Check For Auto-Print Documents field, type the number of days back that Titanium Blizzard should check for documents to print.

Note: The value must be a negative number.

5. Select Save and Close.
