Verisk’s 360Value integration provides component-based replacement cost estimates for the full range of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
General setup
To complete the general setup:
- Contact 360Value and secure a contract.
- Obtain the following information from 360Value:
- User ID
- Group ID
- Password
Vendor setup
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Vendors.
- On the Vendors screen, under Property Valuation, select 360Value.
- Next to 360Value, select the edit icon

- In the 360Value dialog box, complete the following steps:
- In the User Id box, type the User ID.
- In the Group Id box, type the Group ID.
- In the Password box, type the password.
- If you want to require a user name, select Require Insured Name.
- Select Done.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Save.
Quoting setup
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Modules, and then select Agent Portal.
- On the Agent Portal screen, under Options, select Allow property valuations only on applications.
Note: This setting allows agents to access 360Value reports on applications only. They won’t be able to access the reports on quotes. See ISO Verisk – 360Value reports to enable 360Value reports for quoting.
Lines setup
- In the BriteCore menu, select Lines.
- On the Effective Dates screen, select the applicable effective date.
- On the Policy Types screen, complete the following steps:
- In the Select State or Province dropdown, select a state or province.
- Next to the applicable Policy Type, select the edit icon

- On the Details screen, select Allow Property Valuation.
- Repeat these steps for each applicable policy type.
