To use Verisk's 360Value validation, administrators must enable it in BriteCore.
Note: Only administrators can enable and use the validation.
Enable 360Value validation
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select Vendors.
- On the Vendors screen, under Property Valuation, select 360Value.
- Next to 360Value, select the edit icon.
- In the 360Value dialog box, using the client's credentials, complete the following steps:
- In the User Id box, type the client's User ID.
- In the Group Id box, type the client's Group ID.
- In the Password box, type the client's password.
- If you want to require a user name, select Require Insured Name.
- Select Done.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Save.
Use the 360Value validation
- In BriteCore, create a new policy.
- Start a new quote and complete it until you get to the Rating Information screen.
- On the Rating Information screen, under Property Valuation, select Go to 360Value.
- In the Select a Type of Home dialog box, select a type of home, and then select OK.
- Add the property interior and exterior information.
- At the bottom of the Results quote, use the Edit and Finish buttons to review the quote.
- To get a PDF copy, under Property Valuation, next to Go to 360Value, select Open Valuation Report.
Note: This feature works the same for multiple properties, but each property will have its own rating form and report.
