Agents (only agents) can access the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard in the Reports module.
The CSR Dashboard:
- Displays policies that are going to expire or cancel in the next 30, 45, or 60 days.
- Allows users to navigate and open the displayed policies.
To access the CSR Dashboard:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Reports.
- On the Dashboards screen, select the Dashboard dropdown list icon , and then select CSR Dashboard.
- On the CSR Dashboard screen, in the policies dropdown list, select one of the following types of policies:
- Cancellation Pending
- Expired last 45 days
- Expiring in 30 days
- Expiring in 60 days
- Cancelled for Non-Payment in last 30 days
