Enrollment overview

You can enroll in the Policyholder portal to view policy details, submit claims, upload photos, pay bills electronically, enroll in autopay, go paperless, and edit your account and contact information.

To enroll in the Policyholder portal, you must first:

1. Download the app or access the portal through your provider’s website.
2. On the Log In screen, select Don’t have an Account? Sign Up.

Note: To enroll in the Policyholder portal, you must own an active policy in BriteCore.

Depending on your provider settings, you may enroll using your:

1. Personal information: Date of birth and last name.
2. Policy number.

Once you successfully enroll, you can set up your account.
