Once you create an account, you can log in to the Policyholder portal to view details of your policies, submit a claim, upload photos, pay bills electronically, enroll in autopay, go paperless, and edit your account and contact information.
Note: Documents will always be available as a download from the app, no matter which document delivery method you choose. You will receive an email when documents are ready to be viewed.
To log in to your account, open the Policyholder portal, then:
- Type your Username or Email Address (depending on your provider settings.)
- Type your Password.
- Select Sign In.
Note: If the version of your mobile app is older than what’s supported, a message displays: "There is a newer version of the application. Please update the application. You can find the current version in the Play Store."
