My dashboard

When you complete your enrollment and log into the Policyholder portal, you will land on the dashboard screen. From the dashboard, you can access every Policyholder portal feature.

Access the dashboard

1. Complete the enrollment process.
2. Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
   • Log in using a username/email and password
   • Log in to your account using a PIN

Navigate the dashboard

On the top of the dashboard screen, you will see:

• A bell icon representing your Notifications.
• A menu icon (3 horizontal lines)  representing the Navigation Menu.

The features available on the dashboard and how they display are dynamic depending on data available in BriteCore, the status, and your provider settings. There are four main features that could display depending on your provider settings.

• Claims
• Policy
• Payments
• Your Agent/Agency

Note: All policies will be displayed on the dashboard screen. You can add a missing policy on the Policy screen if you want to add/access additional policies.
