The User Actions dashboard allows you to view all actions performed by an Insured in the Policyholder portal.
To access the User Actions dashboard:
- Log in to the Provider Administrator portal.
- Select tile.
- Select User Actions on the sidebar.
In the User Actions dashboard, you can:
- View all user actions.
- Download User Actions.
- View additional details on each user action.
- Filter user actions by date range, Insured and/or action.
- Sort user actions by username or date/timestamp columns.
Some of the user actions visible include:
- Deleted a claim photo
- Uploaded a claim photo
- Updated contact photo
- Uploaded a contact photo
- Filed a claim
- Added a bank account payment method
- Made a payment
- Deleted a payment method
- Changed payment plan
- Downloaded E-Delivery report
- Uploaded a property photo
- Deleted a property photo
