Download user actions

In the User Actions dashboard, you can download a list of all actions performed by an insured in the Provider Administrator portal.

To download a list of user actions:

1. Go to the User Actions dashboard.
2. Select the Download Enrolled User List button.
3. An .xls file will download that contains the following columns:
   1. Action
   2. User Name
   3. Date / Timestamp (EST)
   4. Insured
   5. Details
