Set up E-Delivery in BriteCore

With E-Delivery, you can save on printing and mailing costs by offering your insured the option to go paperless. Setting up E-Delivery includes three broad steps:

1. Set up E-Delivery in BriteCore
2. Configure E-Delivery settings in the Provider Administrator portal
3. Process E-Delivery documents

To set up E-Delivery in BriteCore, you need to:

1. Enable the E-Delivery setting in BriteCore.
2. Select documents to process via E-Delivery.

Enable the E-Delivery setting

To set up E-Delivery in BriteCore, the first step is to enable the E-Delivery setting in BriteCore:

1. Log in to your BriteCore account.
2. Select the Settings module.
3. Select the Vendors tab.
4. Scroll to BriteApps, located under the Internal heading.
5. Select the pencil-shaped Edit icon. The BriteApps dialog box displays.
6. In the BriteApps dialog box, select Enable E-Delivery.

Note: The Suppress Printing checkbox is unchecked by default. Consult with your BriteApps team before selecting Enable E-Delivery. The BriteApps team will discuss the related settings and considerations before proceeding.

Select documents to process via E-Delivery

The second step is selecting documents to process via E-Delivery:

1. Log in to your BriteCore account
2. Select the Settings module.
3. Select the Deliverables tab.
4. Scroll to Mass Deliverables.
5. Select a state from the State dropdown list.
6. Scroll through the Stock Deliverables and Custom Deliverables sections. For each document:
   1. Select This document must be sent by certified mail to mail a paper version of the document.
   2. Select This document may be eDelivered to insureds via BriteApps to choose paperless delivery via BriteApps.
