Security overview

You can manage account security for existing BriteCore contacts by accessing the Security tab in the Contacts module. It's recommended that you manage your own account security.

You can manage your account security when you do one of the following:

• Access the Security tab of the Contacts module.
• Select My Account in the BriteCore footer, and then select the Security tab.

If you can’t access your Security tab, contact BriteCore customer support.

Note: BriteCore sites using BriteAuth for user authentication will not use the settings on this tab to control user security.

In the Security tab, you can:

• Set up multi-factor authentication.
• Test password strength.
• Generate a passphrase.
