You can set a policy's renewal status to Renew or Non-Renewal. BriteCore will process the renewal automatically if the policy is set to renew.

Set the renewal status to renew
- Select Policies.
- On the Policies List screen, select a policy number to open a policy.
- Beside Renewal Status, select Edit to open the Renewal Status dialog box.
- Select Renew.
- Select Done.
Set the renewal status to non-renewal
- Select Policies.
- On the Policies List screen, select a policy number to open a policy.
- Beside Renewal Status, select Edit to open the Renewal Status dialog box.
- Select Non-Renewal.
- From the Reason dropdown list, select the reason the policy won’t be renewed.
Note: The non-renewal reasons can be configured on the Non-Renew tab of the Policy Lifecycle settings dialog box.
- In the Description box, you can type a description to further explain the reason the policy won’t be renewed.
- Select Done.
