You can send policy emails from a specific date range or send all emails from the Pending Email section in Policies > Processing.
Note: Emails with the Email State set to Do Not Email won’t be emailed when you send emails from the Pending Email section.
Send emails from a specific date range
- Select Policies.
- Select Processing.
- Select Pending Email to expand the section.
- In the From boxes, type the beginning date for the date range you want to filter.
- In the To boxes, type the end date for the date range.
- Select Go.
- Select the Send Emails from button.
- In the Confirm dialog box, select OK.
- In the Message pop-up window, select OK.
If there are no pending emails for the selected date range, a Message pop-up window will notify you that there are no emails to send.
Send all emails
- Select Policies.
- Select Processing.
- Select Pending Email to expand the section.
- Select the Send All Emails button.
- In the Confirm dialog box, select OK.
- In the Message pop-up window, select OK.
If there are no pending emails for the selected date range, a Message pop-up window will notify you that there are no emails to send.
