All emails triggered by making changes to policies are added to the Pending Email section of Processing in the Policies module. These emails will also be added as notes in Notes.
In the Pending Email section, you can:
- View and filter pending emails.
- View a .pdf copy of an email.
- Delete pending emails.
- Send pending emails.
View pending emails
- Select Policies.
- Select Processing.
- Select Pending Email to expand the section.
Filter pending emails
In the Pending Email section, filter emails using two methods:
- Select Display Only Email Deliverables.
- Filter by a date range. To filter by a date range, type dates in the From and To boxes. Then, select Go.
View a PDF copy of an email
To view a PDF copy of the email, select the magnifying glass icon to the right of an email. A PDF copy of the email will open in a new tab.
