In Contacts, you can set a contact's time zone.
Note: Setting a contact's time zone allows them to view time-stamped interactions in the system in their preferred time zone.To select your time zone:
- On the BriteCore menu, select Contacts.
- On the Contacts List screen, in the Search box, type the name of the contact you want set the time zone for, and then press Enter/Return.
- In the results list, select the appropriate contact.
- On the contact's Information screen, in the Role section, under Login Information, select the Timezone dropdown list, and then select the appropriate timezone.
Note: BriteCore filters the available time zones according to your location or suggests the America/Chicago time zone as the default.
- Select Save changes.
