If Titanium Blizzard isn't functioning properly, ensure that the API key and BriteCore URL are correct, and ensure that your antivirus software isn't blocking Titanium Blizzard. If Titanium Blizzard doesn't automatically print or won't open, complete the steps below to solve the problem.
Retrieve Titanium Blizzard log files
If Titanium Blizzard doesn’t automatically print your deliverables, retrieve the Titanium Blizzard log file and contact BriteCore staff.
Retrieve the day's log file
To retrieve the day's log file:
- Open Titanium Blizzard.
- In the top-left, select Titanium Blizzard Menu.
- Select About.
- Select Send Log File to IWS.
Retrieve last four days' log files
To retrieve the last four day’s log files:
- In the Windows Start menu, select Run.
- In the Open box, type %appdata%.
- Select OK.
- In the Roaming screen, select Titanium Blizzard to open the folder.
- Right-click the logs folder.
- Hover over Send to.
- Select Compressed (zipped) folder.
- Submit a ticket to BriteCore, and attach the .zip file to the ticket.
Uninstall Titanium Blizzard
If Titanium Blizzard won't open, uninstall and reinstall the application. Using the following process will save your configuration settings. To uninstall Titanium Blizzard,
- In Titanium Blizzard, select Titanium Blizzard Menu.
- Select Exit Titanium Blizzard.
- Navigate to the Windows Control Panel.
- Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
- Select Titanium Blizzard.
- Select Uninstall/Change.
- In the Titanium Blizzard Maintenance dialog box, select OK.
