You can set up administrative alerts for issues related to Contacts, Lines, Policies, Claims, and Processing. When issues occur, BriteCore will notify the relevant email address(es) provided in the Administrative Alerts section. For the Contacts module, you can set up the following administrative alerts: Login Updates, Failed Email Transmission, System-Generated Email Reply-To, and Password Lockouts.
To set up administrative alerts, navigate to Settings > System Wide > Administrative Alerts > Contacts.
Login Updates
You can designate one or more recipients to receive notifications when a user updates their login information in the Contacts module or an agent updates their login information in the Agent portal. In the Login Updates box, type the email address(es) that will receive notifications of all login updates.
Failed Email Transmission
You can designate one or more recipients to receive notifications when a BriteCore-generated email fails to reach the intended party due to one of the following:
- BriteCore couldn’t connect to the email server to send the email.
- BriteCore disconnected from the email server when attempting to send the email.
- The email server refused to accept the message data BriteCore attempted to send.
- The email server refused the recipients.
In the Failed Email Transmission box, type the email address(es) that will receive notifications of all login updates.
System-Generated Email Reply-To
You can designate one or more recipients to receive notifications when a user replies to an admin@britecore.com email instead of replying to a staff’s email. In the System-Generated Email Reply-To box, type the email address(es) that will receive notifications of all login updates.
Password Lockouts
You can designate one or more recipients to receive notifications when a user is locked out of BriteCore. In the Password Lockouts box, type the email address(es) that will receive notifications of password lockouts.
