In a claim's Contacts screen, you can view the agent or agency information for the policy the claim is filed on.
To view the agent or agency information, access the desired claim and:
- Select Contacts from the claim menu.
- Navigate to the Agent section. The name and address of the agent or agency will display in this section.

Usage consideration
To view additional information about the agent or agency, select the blue person icon next to the agent or agency’s name. BriteCore will direct you to the contact’s Information screen in the Contacts module. Here you can view additional information such as contact information, dates to remember, background information, and role information. The information that populates the Agent section is based upon how the agent or agency is identified in the policy.
- If the policy-go-to advanced setting is set to Agent when a policy is created, then an agent will be linked to that policy rather than an agency. When a claim is filed on a policy that is attached to an agent instead of an agency, then the agent’s name and information will display in the Agent section of the claim’s Contacts screen.
- If the policy-go-to advanced setting is set to Agency when a policy is created, then an agency will be linked to that policy rather than an agent. When a claim is filed on a policy that is attached to an agency instead of an agent, then the agency’s name and information will display in the Agent section of the claim’s Contacts screen.
